My name is Julianne Shivers. I am a senior journalism major with a sport management minor, working toward an expected graduation date of December 2026. I currently work for 12th Man Athletics as a student photographer, covering all 20 athletic teams on campus. I started my time at Texas A&M with the student newspaper, The Battalion, before joining the athletics department. I have also completed internships with the Brewster Whitecaps on Cape Cod and two summers with the SLO Blues in San Luis Obispo, California. My first two summers with the teams, 2024 and 2025, I served as a team photographer, documenting the entirety of each summer collegiate baseball season. In my most recent summer with the Blues, 2026, I served as a team journalist, writing game recaps, player features, and season coverage. If I don't have a camera in hand (which is rare), you'll probably find me spending time with friends, running, or watching a sporting event from the stands.
